Who is InnovaSuite?
InnovaSuite is a founder-led, boutique NetSuite consulting firm founded in 2025, serving mid-market companies across North America. Senior consultants only, no junior handoffs: the co-founders, both from Oracle NetSuite ACS, stay hands-on through every engagement.
Where is your team based, and what hours do you work?
Our consultants are based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and we work North American business hours. Uruguay runs one to two hours ahead of US Eastern depending on the season, so you get live overlap with your team through the working day, not an overnight handoff. You always know which consultant is on your account.
What does the free NetSuite Business Review actually include?
Twenty hours of senior consultant time at no cost: live working sessions across every key area of your account, quick-win fixes applied on the spot, and a written findings report with a prioritized roadmap. That is $3,200 of work at our standard rate. There is no commitment attached and no obligation to engage us afterwards.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
Only if you want one. On-Demand work is billed hourly with no minimum. The On-Going retainer runs on a 12-month term because a dedicated consultant reserves capacity for you each month. Everything else, including the Business Review, carries no lock-in.
How is this different from working with a large NetSuite partner?
At a large partner you are usually assigned a junior consultant or a rotating team, and your account is one of many. Here a senior consultant leads your engagement from day one and stays on it, so the person who scoped the work is the person who does it. We are deliberately small, which is why we take a limited number of clients.
What if we already have a NetSuite partner?
That is common, and it does not have to be either/or. Several of our clients brought us in alongside an existing partner for one specific problem, then consolidated their support with us once they saw the difference. The Business Review is a low-risk way to get a second opinion on how your account is actually configured.
